I discovered Sara’s How to Date a Douchebag series first and fell in love with her style of writing and her characters.  I was so excited to hear that she was expanding the Douchebag world to the Jock Hard series.

I absolutely LOVED Teddy and Kip.  I found myself grinning like a loon and laughing at their banter. One thing Sara does, and does extremely well is friends to lovers.  And she SLAYED it in Jock Rule.

Teddy and Kip come from different worlds.  Teddy has worked hard to get to where she is.  Kip was born into a life of privilege, but he’s not a snob.  He prefers to keep his life separate so he isn’t judged or used for his family’s money.  Until he meets Teddy.  She manages to quietly break down all his walls until all he can think of is Teddy.

I loved Teddy and Kip.  They are definitely one of my favorite couples I’ve read.  Their chemistry was all over the book and I loved every second of the buildup and the ahem, climax.

 

You want this book in your hands ASAP.  It’s not necessary to read the other books in the Jock Hard series, but trust me, you’ll want to.  NA romance readers and sports romance readers will love Kip – honestly, who doesn’t love a rugged rugby player???
