So I went to Edinburgh this weekend. I’m in love with the city, but more importantly I got to visit all the Dublin Street series title streets. It was a big moment for me okay. So, to share my excitement of being able to see all of this and to share my love for the books I am going to do a book tour with y’all!

The first stop on my tour is Dublin Street. On Dublin Street was one heck of a way to introduce a series. Joss Butler is one hell of a woman. She’s the triple S: smart, sexy, and sarcastic. She doesn’t take crap from anyone, but she has isolated herself. Reluctant to form relationships with people because of her tragic past.

In walks Braden Carmichael. Cue swooning. Braden is a dominant, confident, dead sexy Scots man who sets his sights on Joss. And once Braden sets his mind to something he fights with everything he can for it. Braden fights to get break down the walls Joss has built around herself.

Y’all, it’s such a fantastic story and there are some super steamy moments between Joss and Braden. So get to reading!

 

It has always been up to Johanna to care for her family, particularly her younger brother, Cole. With an absent father and a useless mother, she’s been making decisions based on what’s best for Cole for as long as she can remember. She even determines what men to date by how much they can provide for her brother and her, not on whatever sparks may—or may not—fly.

But with Cameron MacCabe, the attraction is undeniable. The sexy new bartender at work gives her butterflies every time she looks at him. And for once, Jo is tempted to put her needs first. Cam is just as obsessed with getting to know Jo, but her walls are too solid to let him get close enough to even try.

Then Cam moves into the flat below Jo’s, and their blistering connection becomes impossible to ignore. Especially since Cam is determined to uncover all of Jo’s secrets… even if it means taking apart her defenses piece by piece.

The second stop on the tour is London Road. Down London Road follow’s Jo Walker, who we met in On Dublin Streetas Joss’s coworker.  I have to admit I was hesitant when I started Jo’s book because of how she comes across as a character in On Dublin Street. She is one of my favorite characters in the series. She is so kind and I adore her.

Caretaker to her useless mother and her younger brother, Cole, Jo works two jobs to keep them afloat. Jo is a stunner and she uses her looks to secure wealthy boyfriends to help provide for Cole. Jo is aware of the things people say about her but she will go to any end to support Cole. Even if it means sacrificing love and having people think she’s a gold digger.

Cameron McCabe is a sexy and dominating. When he first meets Jo he immediately draws assumptions about what kind of person she is and is a jerk to her. Content to let Cam dwell in his wrong assumptions, normally quiet and people pleasing, Jo fires back as much sass at Cam. As the two begin working together Cam learns more about the person Jo really is, and eventually, unknowingly becomes her neighbor.

Down London Road is my second favorite book in the series. I loved having my initial thoughts about Jo from ODS erased and replaced with the lovely person that Jo is. Cam also has to remove his head from his butt to realize he shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.  Their attraction to one another is instant but they both fight. I love Cam for Jo. He demands that she expects more out of herself, and I loved watching their relationship develop. It’s magnificent.

Despite her outgoing demeanor, Olivia is painfully insecure around the opposite sex—usually, she can’t get up the nerve to approach guys she’s interested in. But moving to Edinburgh has given her a new start, and, after she develops a crush on a sexy postgrad, she decides it’s time to push past her fears and go after what she wants.

Nate Sawyer is a gorgeous player who never commits, but to his close friends, he’s as loyal as they come. So when Olivia turns to him with her relationship woes, he offers to instruct her in the art of flirting and to help her become more sexually confident.

The friendly education in seduction soon grows into an intense and hot romance. But then Nate’s past and commitment issues rear their ugly heads, and Olivia is left broken-hearted. When Nate realizes he’s made the biggest mistake of his life, he will have to work harder than he ever has before to entice his best friend into falling back in love with him—or he may lose her forever…

My third, and favorite stop, is Jamaica Street North Lane. Before Jamaica Lane is my favorite book of the entire series. And that says a lot because they’re all amazing.

Olivia Holloway is new to Edinburgh, having moved back to Scotland with her Scottish father from Arizona. Liv is gorgeous, curvy, and nerdy. Olivia struggles with her self image, not from any massively tragic event, and has no idea how to talk to guys she’s interested in, much less flirt.

To help her practice flirting, Liv asks one of her closest friends Nate. Nate Sawyer is sexy, funny, kind, and completely avoids commitment with the women he “dates”. Once their lessons begin, because of her comfort with Nate and his experience, Olivia asks him to teach her how to be more sexually confident.

Obviously lines get blurred but and Nate’s commitment fears from his past cause problems for them. Their moments are so perfect because they are two of the closest friends and they are both insanely attracted to each other. I loved Nate because he encourages Liv to see herself the way he does, which is amazing and stunning. Nate has some of the most swoon worthy lines. And I absolutely adore Olivia. She is precious, kind, and funny.

When Hannah Nichols last saw Marco D’Alessandro, five long years ago, he broke her heart. The bad boy with a hidden sweet side was the only guy Hannah ever loved—and the only man she’s ever been with. After one intense night of giving into temptation, Marco took off, leaving Scotland and Hannah behind. Shattered by the consequences of their night together, Hannah has never truly moved on.

Leaving Hannah was the biggest mistake of Marco’s life, something he has deeply regretted for years. So when fate reunites them, he refuses to let her go without a fight. Determined to make her his, Marco pursues Hannah, reminding her of all the reasons they’re meant to be together.

The fourth stop is India Place. Fall From India Place follows Hannah Nichols. Hannah was first introduced in On Dublin Street as Braden and Ellie’s younger, teen sister. The ODS universe has jumped a bit in time to return to Hannah as an adult.

Years later, Hannah is still a little shaken up about the loss of her friendship and first love with Marco. Hannah was a determined teenager, and is an even more determined, and might I say stubborn, adult. When she runs into Marco out of the blue she is a bit shaken up. Still reeling from the wreckage he left behind with his abrupt departure she wants nothing to do with Marco.

Marco is determined to win Hannah back and will stop at nothing to get her to see that. Their story was heartbreaking in a lot of ways because you’ve seen Hannah struggle with getting Marco to admit to his attraction to her in the earlier ODS books and in Fall From India Place you see everything from their past and present. My heart broke for young Hannah, and at times I wanted to shake adult Hannah then hug her. This is a story about the wreckage that someone can leave behind and second chances to repair the damage or heal from it.

Shannon MacLeod has always gone for the wrong type of man. After she drifted from one toxic relationship to the next, her last boyfriend gave her a wakeup call in the worst possible way. With her world shattered, she’s sworn off men—especially those of the bad-boy variety.

Cole Walker is exactly the sort that Shannon wants to avoid—gorgeous, tattooed, charming, and cocky. But his rough exterior hides a good man who’s ready to find “the one.” He’s determined to pull Shannon from her self-imposed solitude and win her heart.

As Shannon opens up in the face of Cole’s steady devotion, the passion between them ignites to blazing levels. But when Shannon’s past comes back to haunt her, her fears may destroy the trust Cole has built between them—and tear them apart for good…

Scotland Street is the fifth stop of the tour. Echoes of Scotland Street follows Shannon McLeod. You get a small glimpse of Shannon in the end of Before Jamaica Lane when she meets Cole Walker for the first time.

When feisty Shannon lands a job at INKcarnate with the completely sexy and confident Cole Walker her defenses are automatically raised from her dark past with men. Shannon pretends not to remember Cole from their first meeting on Scotland Street years ago.

Shannon draws negative assumptions about Cole before she really gets to know him to fight her attraction to him (sound familiar- Cam! and like Cam you don’t stand a chance against the Walkers).

Cole Walker is basically the perfect mix of human. He has been raised by the lovely Jo, along with the entire On Dublin Street family, and no girl stands a chance against him once he sets her sights on her. And really, who would want to resist?! Shannon is sassy and adorable. And Cole, gah, he’s just Cole which equals perfect.

Logan spent two years paying for the mistakes he made. Now, he’s ready to start over. He has a great apartment, a good job, and plenty of women to distract him from his past. And one woman who is driving him to distraction…

Grace escaped her manipulative family by moving to a new city. Her new life, made to suit her own needs, is almost perfect. All she needs to do is find her Mr. Right—or at least figure out a way to ignore her irresistible yet annoying womanizer of a neighbor.

Grace is determined to have nothing to do with Logan until a life-changing surprise slowly begins turning the wild heartbreaker into exactly the kind of strong, stable man she’s been searching for. Only just when she begins to give into his charms, her own messy past threatens to derail everything they’ve worked to build…

The final stop of the tour is Nightingale Way. Moonlight on Nightingale Way follows newbie Grace Farquhar and Shannon’s older brother, Logan.

For the longest time Grace fought the damage inflicted by her family. Now she’s in a stable place with a life she enjoys, and is dating again. When Logan moves next door and disrupts Grace’s schedule with his loud late night antics the normally reserved Grace can’t hold her tongue.

An unexpected surprise brings Grace and Logan closer and feelings develop but Logan’s demons cause a rift between them and he must work to prove to Grace his feelings.

I loved Grace because despite her past, she fights for what she deserves, and stands up for herself. And Logan comes across as the bad boy but we see the person who fought for Shannon when she was threatened, and who fights for the people he loves. It was a brilliant conclusion to a series and I am really sad to see it end.

 

If you haven’t read the On Dublin Street series then I suggest you do. It has humor, fantastic characters, steamy romances, and incredible friendships. The On Dublin Street family is one of my favorite cast of characters ever. I have read these books multiple times and I’ll continue to re-read them. Plus Samantha Young has several novellas out for the series as well as a new one releasing next month! I didn’t include Until Fountain Bridge in my tour because it’s a novella but I consider it as one of the main ODS books because it’s Ellie and Adam’s story. I love it so much.
